We want to create a comfortable environment for all BATTLE PASS users in all our Services, communities, social media pages and in the real world. Therefore, we have developed the following ethical Communication Policy.
It is prohibited to discuss the following topics publicly in all our Services, communities, social media pages:
Topics
Politics, nationalism, religion, and other highly sensitive social issues that could lead to escalated tensions in communications;
Promotion of narcotics, alcohol consumption;
Any erotic content;
Violence, cruelty;
Financial advice.
Actions
Publishing content on prohibited topics;
Spreading false information, fraud (impersonating another person's account, any fake information, messages about financial transactions, multi-accounting and the use of bots);
Begging (fundraising, crowdfunding in any form, providing any referral links);
Threats and insults, including veiled profanity (threats to life and other similar information, insults and cursing, profanity, veiled profanity and offensive words);
Spam, flooding, advertising, links, phishing, etc. (spamming with stickers, media content, repetitive messages is not allowed, posting meaningless messages, cluttering chat/thread, no advertising, no links to external resources to prevent phishing, etc., disparaging comments towards the project, its representatives, or users);
Immoral behavior (images, videos, memes related to incidents that resulted in deaths and/or other negative factors, messages of an immoral character, offending universally accepted moral values);
Improper behavior towards project representatives - Admins, Support, Community Managments, ect. (multiple questions to project representatives, asked in a short period of time, with the aim of hindering work, messages containing criticism of the actions of project representatives or disagreement with them, ignoring requests from project representatives, insulting project representatives, it is forbidden to impersonate an project representative, it is forbidden to insult an project representative, spreading personal information about an project representative, or fake information).
In case of violations of the ethical Communication Policy by users, we representatives have the right to:
Issue a warning and request the removal of content;
Limit the user's ability to publish content for a certain period, activate the mute mode for user;
Impose restrictions on actions (temporarily or indefinitely ban) for the user or remove user account without warning.
We value every user of our community and strive to provide a fair and transparent environment for using our Services and communicating with the community. Adhering to these rules will help maintain a healthy atmosphere in the community and guarantees that every user has equal opportunities.
