BATTLE PASS was built to provide the best gaming experience for all ages that is compliant with the law and with industry standards.
This guide is designed to provide parents and other legal guardians with information on safety in our games.
We would like to thank you and your famaly for playing our games and helping us improve your gaming experience! If you are reading this guide, you probably have questions about how safe and secure our games are.
Please be assured that BATTLE PASS abides by the following rules and principles:

Our games are available on various mobile and PC platforms, although there are some regional restrictions. In order to play them, you must download the game application from your respective store or access the game via your internet browser.
Our games are designed for everyone and do not contain any content that might be regarded as mature. However, as stated in our and , players must be at least 16 years old to access and/or use our website or games. If a player is a minor over the age of 16, we recommend seeking consent from a parent or legal guardian before accessing and/or using our website or games.
Our games displayed in online stores like Play Market or App Store also contain information about age recommendations. Kindly note that these age ratings also depend on the stores’ policies and on local legislature, which is why they may differ from our Terms of Service.
While it covers all the necessary information and provisions, we have decided to clarify certain aspects of data processing, especially in regards to underage individuals.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest-based advertising to anyone under the age of 16, nor do we knowingly allow such persons to use our Services. If any player is under 16, we ask them not to send any data about themselves to us, including their name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 16 may provide any personal data. If we find out that we have collected personal data about a child under 16, we delete that data immediately. If you believe that we might have any data from or about a child under the age of 16, please contact us via the in-game customer support interface or at support@battlepass.io. Our Privacy Policy contains a full list of the personal data that we may collect from you directly (through the game, website, or online forms); and/or from other entities, service providers that assist us in providing you with a service (including data analytics providers, operating systems, and internet services providers), or from your social network accounts that you used to sign in to our online services (Facebook, Apple, Google, etc.). Kindly note that we only process personal data in order to provide you with our services, fulfill our duties under contractual obligations, and realize our legitimate interests.
As part of your registration for our Services, or via log-in or social networks, we may collect certain data, such as your name or nickname and email address.
However, it is not necessary to use your real name as your username within the game, and we strongly recommend not doing so.
Instead, we encourage our players to choose a nickname not directly related to their real-life identities to increase security and privacy. You can also change your username in the in-game settings.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to have all of your personal data or your children's data used in our application and our partners' services deleted (purchase payments, in-app ad views, etc.). Please keep in mind that should you decide to delete the data, your user account will be deleted and will not be restorable. However, it will be possible to start the game over.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Please keep in mind that opting out doesn't mean that you will stop seeing ads. You may opt in at any time by contacting our support team.
You can also delete data received from third parties/platforms. In this case, you or your children will lose the ability to use the functions provided by the third parties/platforms, but your account will not be deleted.
Our games provide in-game chat functionality. However, it is not necessary to participate in chats, as they are only available to the members of teams and co-ops to facilitate their interaction. Teams and co-ops can be closed, invite-only, or open to everyone.
Maintaining a safe and secure environment for this communication is one of our primary principles.
The picture you use in the game is also visible in chats.
You can pick a profile picture from among the ones in the game’s options. You can easily change your profile pic in the game settings.
When communicating with other players remotely, it is only possible to send and receive text messages. However, no technical measure exists that can prevent messages from being copied, shared, and posted outside of the game chats.
This is why we warn our players against sharing any of their personal information or their children’s in these chats.
Even though we're confident that our players are generally friendly and polite, any community in the world may contain a number of people who deliberately insult others.
In our games has a system that filters profanity and other offensive phrases when players create their teams and co-ops in various games and chat with other players. However, despite our best efforts, certain players sometimes find a way around that filter system. If you come across an offensive word, please take a screenshot of it and report it to our support.
In in-game chat you can tap the message and then press Report. The message will be deleted, and we will handle the situation from there. Team leaders are also able to remove players from their teams for using offensive language.
You cannot delete your own messages in the chat, but you can delete someone else's message by tapping the Report and Delete button. To do so, just tap the message you want to delete. Please note that the message is only deleted for you. If three or more players report the same message, it is deleted for all the players in the chat.
If your child has encountered a situation in a chat that is insulting or uncomfortable, we advise them to close the game and speak to you or another responsible adult.
A player can also leave any team anytime in case anything or anyone bothers them, and can also report rude or unfair behaviour.
While all our games are free to download, they do contain in-app purchases. You can play entirely for free, but making purchases can help you speed up your progress and increase your in-game resources.
You can limit or disable in-game purchases in your device's settings. The exact process depends on the type of device the game is installed on, be it an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, etc.) or an Android device.
All purchases are processed by the store where you downloaded the game, so please contact the store's customer support to request a refund.
All in-game purchases are processed by the store where the game was downloaded. As a result, we store zero information about your banking account and your card. However, we do store the information regarding your purchases (such as amount spent, date, time, and vouchers or offers used).
Start by checking your internet connection, as it has to be stable for newly purchased items to be added to the game. If it was lost during or right after the purchase, try restarting your device and check to see if the purchase shows up.
If the purchase still doesn't appear in the game, contact us via support@battlepass.io.
Important Note: Without a receipt or a screenshot of your purchase history, we won't be able to help you properly. The receipt must include the date of purchase, the name of the bundle, the price, and the transaction number. Please note that we do not accept bank statements or SMS alerts about money withdrawals.

We have launched our official Marketplace, which officially sells real goods and virtual collectibles. On this Marketplace, players have the opportunity to trade in-game items with each other. Access to this Marketplace is carried out using the user’s game account and only this method is considered legit and safe.
Any third-party website that offers such purchases may present a danger to your personal data, money, or other items and data.
We also would like to stress that installing and/or using any third-party applications comes with serious consequences:
Altered game functionality
Unfair advantages
Theft of account data, which can then be used by scammers for illegal activity
Be aware that using third-party software constitutes cheating and incurs penalties. Our system automatically detects unauthorized game manipulation, and players can also report any suspicious behavior they notice.
In our games, players have the opportunity to receive in-game resources in exchange for watching video ads from our partners.
If you come across video content that you think doesn't correspond to the age rating of the game, you can let us know by contacting us through the game settings and providing a screenshot of the ad. It's best if the screenshot also shows the name of the application that the ad is promoting.
Our Customer Support specialists will process your request and take all necessary measures to resolve the problem.
The fastest and most convenient way to contact us is to do it through the game settings. That way, we'll have all the technical information we need to resolve any issues quickly. Depending on the nature of the problem, please make sure that your message includes the following: the time the incident occurred, copies of transaction receipts or the purchase history, screenshots showing the problem, etc.

Our main priority at BATTLE PASS is creating a safe space for all players in order for them to have a great time playing our games. If you have any concerns regarding one of our games and your child, do not be afraid to contact us.
Here are a few tips you may find helpful:
Talk to your child about your favorite games and your gaming habits.
Try playing the same game together with your child as a team. Familiarize yourself with the games your child is playing and the options available to you as a parent or a legal guardian to report any potential abuse.
Have a conversation with your child about the importance of not disclosing any personal information in the game with strangers (such as gender, age, location, ethnicity, religion, sexuality, height, hobbies). Check their profile picture and their username for excessive personal information or inappropriateness.
Take a look at the in-app purchases options and see if the necessary passwords and confirmations are enabled. Have a conversation with your child about in-app purchases and how they are made with real money.
Make sure your child feels that they can reach out to you any time they encounter technical or other issues or don't understand something in the game.
